I started my journey in Colombia as a Political Scientist. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve worked as a project manager, building social impact initiatives. In my work experience, I noticed a gap: powerful ideas often failed to reach the people who needed them most.

That realization led me to develop skills in facilitation,  coaching, and strategic design to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable tools to help people and organizations navigate the complexity of the modern world successfully.

Today, I’m pursuing an MS in Strategic Design and Management at Parsons, expanding my ability to design meaningful, human-centered solutions that bridge the worlds of strategy, design, and well-being.
